Through the internet NPOs nowadays can reach easily millions of people very quickly. People are busy nowadays and they are bombarded every day with tones of information and news. They like to learn about things and get the information through the internet. So by using the internet you can spread your message to many more people than through the off line media. It is also much cheaper to use the internet than for example TV. Although TV can also reach a lot of people, it is much more expensive.
